Here are the photos that I promised of the new house that is available. Pending the arrival of professional photographs I am adding these snapshots we took here.
The Villa is located in the historic district of Merida on calle 62 in the neighborhood of Santa Ana. The house has 3 guestrooms that share 2 bathrooms. A small service room with a bathroom by the pool can be a childs room if needed. A master suite at the back of the house has more privacy and a roof terrace.
The guest rooms are in the front of the house off of the living room and the inner courtyard where the water garden is. The center of the house has the kitchen and the dining room. A second courtyard features a Marsailles tile covered portico.
The portico overlooks the pool, the master suite and the garden beyond. The master bedroom overlooks a large garden at the end of the property.
